Web: View your cash withdrawal transaction on the withdrawal page

App: Find your withdrawal history on portfolio page

7. How do I know when my USD domestic wire transfer has been sent from OKX?

You'll receive an email once we've successfully sent the funds to your bank.

8. When will I receive my money after a USD domestic wire withdrawal?

After the funds leave OKX, it generally takes 1-3 business days to arrive at the receiving bank. Actual timing varies depending on your bank's processing time.

9. Is there a fee for wire withdrawals?

Yes, wire transfer withdrawals include a $30 fee.

10. Can I cancel a USD domestic wire withdrawal after I've submitted it?

No. Once you confirm a domestic wire withdrawal, it can't be canceled, recalled, or edited — including by OKX Support. Wire transfers are processed as final, so check the receiving account and the amount on the Preview screen before you select Withdraw.

Note: if the receiving bank rejects or returns the wire, the funds come back to your OKX account automatically.

11. Why was my USD domestic wire withdrawal returned?

The receiving bank sends the wire back to OKX when it can't credit the funds. The most common reasons are:

  • The bank details on your linked account are outdated, or the account has been closed, frozen, or restricted

  • The name on your OKX account doesn't match the name on the receiving bank account

  • Your bank doesn't accept incoming wires to the account which we paid out to

  • The ABA routing number that was used does not support wire transfers

  • Your bank flagged the transfer during its own compliance or risk checks

Your original withdrawal will show Completed in your withdrawal history, and we will credit the amount back to your account as a new deposit. We'll email you once we receive the funds back.

12. What happens to my money after a returned USD domestic wire withdrawal?

We credit the returned amount back to your OKX USD balance once the funds settle with us. This can take up to 10 business days from the date your bank returns the wire. Before you try again:

  1. Confirm your bank details and account status with your bank

  2. Add or re-verify the receiving account by making a domestic wire deposit from that same bank account

  3. Submit a new withdrawal

Note: the credited amount may be lower than the amount you withdrew.

13. Do I get the wire fee back if my USD domestic wire withdrawal is returned?

The 30 USD OKX wire fee isn't refunded when a wire is returned, because the transfer was already sent from OKX.

Your receiving bank or an intermediary bank may also deduct its own return-handling fee before the funds reach us. OKX doesn't set or receive those charges — check with your bank to understand what it charges for a returned wire.

14. What do I do if my USD domestic wire withdrawal hasn't arrived after three business days?

Domestic wires normally arrive within 1–3 business days after the funds leave OKX. If it's been longer than three business days:

  1. Open the cash withdrawal page and check the status under All withdrawals

  2. Confirm you received the email telling you the funds were sent from OKX

  3. Contact your bank first and ask them to search for the incoming wire using the reference number from that email — funds sometimes sit unposted at the receiving bank

  4. If your bank can't locate it, contact OKX Support to request a wire trace

Include this evidence when you contact us so we can trace the payment without going back and forth:

  • Your OKX withdrawal ID, or the reference number from the sent-from-OKX email

  • The name of the receiving bank, and the last four digits of the account and routing number

  • A bank statement or screenshot covering the send date through today, showing that the credit hasn't posted

  • Any return or rejection notice your bank has given you

A wire trace with our banking partner takes up to 3 business days. We'll update you by email as soon as we have the outcome.
