To maintain a robust trading environment, we regularly review all tokens and trading pairs listed on our platform. Following a recent review, we will be delisting the following token and its associated spot trading pairs as it no longer meets our listing criteria.

Affected token: ME
Affected spot trading pairs: ME/USDC, ME/USDT

Delisting

  • We will delist the affected token and its spot trading pairs starting from 4 pm (UTC+8) on 5 November 2026. Buy, Sell and Convert services for the token will also be suspended, and all open orders on the affected spot trading pairs will be automatically cancelled.

  • All active Trading Bots on affected spot trading pairs will be closed from 3 pm (UTC+8) on 5 November 2026. If you are concerned about potential fees or slippage from automatic closures, we recommend stopping them manually.

  • We advise users to cancel any open orders and trading bots on the affected spot trading pairs before 3 pm (UTC+8) on 5 November 2026. It may take 1 to 3 working days for the cancellation of any open orders to complete and for any refunded funds from open orders to appear in your account.

Suspension of crypto deposit

  • We will suspend deposits of the affected token starting from 4 pm (UTC+8) on 5 November 2026. Deposits of the affected tokens made on or after this date will not be automatically credited to your account.

  • If you still hold the affected token after the scheduled delisting, you can find them under Portfolio (app) or My Assets (website) > Untradable assets. While you will be able to withdraw the affected token thereafter, we urge all users to withdraw their tokens immediately to ensure seamless access to their funds.
