Spend €100 or more with your OKX Card between 1 and 15 September, and you could win two tickets to the McLaren Technology Centre, McLaren’s ultra-modern headquarters in Surrey, England.

The giveaway comes as the MCL40 carries a special commemorative OKX x McLaren livery at Monza, then Madrid, celebrating a partnership that began in 2022.

THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOT AVAILABLE TO YOU, AND YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS GIVEAWAY, IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN ANY OF THE RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS LISTED IN SECTION 1.2.The OKX Card x McLaren Technology Centre Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and is, depending on the specific user, offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service ("OKX", "we", "our", "us" or "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and participation in this Giveaway (collectively, the "Agreement").To participate in the Giveaway, eligible users must spend a cumulative total of at least €100 using their OKX Card during the Giveaway Period. Spending more than €100 will not result in additional entries or increase a participant's chances of winning.Participation is limited to legal residents in non-prohibited jurisdictions. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Unless otherwise stated, OKX is the promoter of the Giveaway under these Terms.By participating in the Giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the Agreement, and you shall be legally bound by these Terms regardless of your location or nationality. If you do not agree to be bound by the Agreement, do not participate in the Giveaway.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Entrant Eligibility

The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of jurisdictions through which OKX may offer its Services who are at least 18 years of age or older and the legal age of majority in their respective jurisdiction of residence.All entrants, participants and recipients of the Prize, including the winner's guest, must comply with this Agreement and all applicable service terms, user terms, announcements and other operational rules ("User Agreements"), as amended and restated by OKX from time to time, and meet these eligibility conditions. Determination of compliance shall be at the sole discretion of OKX.

1.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

The Giveaway is not available to residents of or persons located in the following jurisdictions, and other jurisdictions that OKX may specify from time to time in its sole discretion: Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Iran, Luhansk, North Korea, Syria and other jurisdictions as may be restricted, as applicable (collectively, "Restricted Jurisdictions").By participating in the Giveaway, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of and are not located in any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of participating in the Giveaway.You acknowledge that the Giveaway is subject to certain geographic restrictions and may not be available in your area, and that the Giveaway will be offered only in the regions determined by OKX in its sole discretion.

1.3 Non-Eligible Parties

OKX, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional agencies, sales representatives, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively, the "Promotional Parties") are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win the Prize.This also includes their respective immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not). For purposes of this Agreement, a "family member" includes any spouse, partner, parent or step-parent, legal guardian, in-law, grandparent, child or step-child, sibling or step-sibling, and grandchild.

1.4 Additional Eligibility Criteria and Change of Rules

Additional rules and eligibility criteria may be announced through other OKX channels. OKX reserves the right to change the terms of the Giveaway at any time at its discretion.Furthermore, OKX reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who shows signs of fraudulent, abusive or otherwise prohibited behaviour, at OKX's sole discretion.

1.5 Legal and Regulatory Restrictions

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1.6 Campaign Eligibility Criteria

This Giveaway is only available to users who:

have completed KYC identity verification and have a verified OKX account; and
spend a cumulative total of at least €100 using their OKX Card during the Giveaway Period.

The €100 spend requirement may be satisfied through one or multiple purchases made using the user's OKX Card during the Giveaway Period.No campaign-page registration or opt-in is required to participate in the Giveaway.

2. How to Enter

2.1 Entry

To enter the Giveaway, an eligible user must spend a cumulative total of at least €100 using their OKX Card during the Giveaway Period.The €100 spend requirement may be satisfied through one or multiple purchases made during the Giveaway Period. Once an eligible user reaches the cumulative €100 spend threshold during the Giveaway Period, they will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.No campaign-page opt-in is required.

2.2 Limitations on Entry

Each eligible participant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Spending more than €100 during the Giveaway Period will not result in additional entries or increase the participant's chances of winning.Limit of one (1) entry per person throughout the Giveaway Period. Any entries received from any person using another account, or who attempts to create or use additional accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional entries, may be disqualified.Any entrant's attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different email addresses, OKX accounts or any other method will void all of that entrant's entries, and that entrant may be disqualified.Use of any automated system, fraudulent activity, manipulation or abuse to participate in the Giveaway is prohibited and may result in disqualification.If a dispute over the identity of a potential winner arises, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entrant's OKX account ("Entrant's Email Address"). A potential winner may be required to provide sufficient identification to demonstrate that they are the authorized account holder.For purposes of this section, the "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to the applicable email account.

3. Prize

There will be one (1) prize ("Prize") and one (1) winner.The winner will receive two (2) tickets to visit the McLaren Technology Centre ("MTC"), comprising one (1) ticket for the winner and one (1) ticket for their guest.The date of the experience will be agreed with the winner following winner confirmation, subject to availability. There is no guaranteed or predetermined date for the experience.OKX will provide the two (2) tickets to the McLaren Technology Centre only.Unless expressly stated otherwise by OKX, all other costs, expenses and arrangements associated with claiming or attending the experience, including but not limited to flights and other travel, accommodation, passports, visas, ground transportation, meals, travel insurance, taxes, fees and other personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.No cash alternative will be offered. The Prize is not transferable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided in this Agreement and at OKX's sole discretion.OKX reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.The Prize consists only of the items specifically listed and described as part of the Prize. In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway will run from September 1, 2026 to September 14, 2026, inclusive (the "Giveaway Period").Eligible users who spend a cumulative total of at least €100 using their OKX Card during the Giveaway Period will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway, subject to these Terms.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.The winner will receive the Prize consisting of two (2) tickets to the McLaren Technology Centre, as further described in Section 3.The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

5.2 OKX's Confirmation is Final and Binding

OKX will select the winner within thirty (30) days following the end of the Giveaway Period.The selection of the winner shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

6.1 Potential Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with their OKX account by an OKX representative with instructions on how to claim the Prize.To remain eligible to claim the Prize, the potential winner must respond to the email within twenty-four (24) hours.

6.2 Potential Winner Requirements

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the email within the allotted period of twenty-four (24) hours, refuses the Prize, is unable to satisfy the eligibility requirements under these Terms, or otherwise fails to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions provided by OKX, the potential winner may be disqualified without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected.

6.3 Prize Fulfilment

Following verification of the winner, OKX will contact the winner regarding arrangements for the Prize and work with the winner to determine an appropriate date for the McLaren Technology Centre experience, subject to availability.OKX is not liable for undelivered emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering, an incorrect email address associated with an entrant's OKX account, insufficient space in an entrant's email account, or any other issue preventing the entrant from receiving communications from OKX.Where the potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the required timeframe, the Prize may be forfeited and no compensation shall be given.

6.4 Transfer or Substitution

The Prize is not transferable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided in these Terms and at OKX's sole discretion.OKX reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.The Prize consists only of the items specifically listed and described as part of the Prize. In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded.

6.5 Unavailable or Unclaimed Prize

Prize details not specifically stated in these Terms will be determined at OKX's sole discretion.OKX will not be responsible for a Prize that cannot be claimed due to the winner's failure to satisfy the eligibility requirements, respond within the applicable timeframe, make the necessary arrangements to attend the experience, or otherwise comply with these Terms.

7. Travel and Attendance

The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they are legally and practically able to travel to and enter the United Kingdom and attend the McLaren Technology Centre on the date agreed following winner confirmation.The date of the experience will be agreed with the winner following winner confirmation and is subject to availability.OKX will provide the two (2) tickets to the McLaren Technology Centre only.Unless expressly stated otherwise by OKX, the winner and their guest are solely responsible for all other costs, expenses and arrangements associated with attending the experience, including but not limited to flights and other travel, accommodation, passports, visas, ground transportation, meals, travel insurance, taxes, fees and personal expenses.The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their guest are able to attend on the agreed date. Any element of the Prize not used will be forfeited with no compensation or substitution, except at OKX's sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability not expressly provided herein shall be disclaimed by OKX.Except as otherwise required by law, in no event shall OKX, its directors, members, officers, employees or agents be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise arising out of or in any way connected with the Giveaway.Without limitation, this includes any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by any entrant on any information obtained from OKX, mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays in operation or transmission, communications failures, or any failure in performance, whether or not resulting from a force majeure event.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OKX, its directors, members, officers, employees and agents shall be limited in their liability, whether individually or on a collective basis, to ten US dollars ($10 USD).

8.2 No Liability

No third-party company is a promoter of this Giveaway or accepts any liability in relation to the prize draw.The Giveaway is administered and run by OKX and is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with McLaren. By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that McLaren Racing Limited (company number 01517478) shall not have any liability to you in connection with this Giveaway.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

Entrants agree that, in order to participate in the Giveaway, any and all claims, disputes and causes of action of any kind or nature arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, directly or indirectly, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without regard to any principles of conflicts of law.

9.2 Arbitration

This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration ("LCIA"). The LCIA arbitration shall be conducted in London, England before a single LCIA arbitrator, who shall be a retired judicial officer.The parties shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs of arbitration unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator. The parties shall split the LCIA arbitrator fees and expenses equally.The LCIA Arbitration Rules, as modified by this Agreement, shall apply. Dispositive motions will be allowed, and the arbitrator must follow this Agreement, will have the same power to award damages and relief as a court (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs), and will issue a binding written decision, which can be enforced by entry of judgment by any court of competent jurisdiction.

9.3 Limited Discovery

Entrants agree that OKX shall not be required to give general discovery of documents but may be required to produce specific, identified documents that are relevant and material to the outcome of the dispute.

9.4 Final and Binding Nature

Any arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties and shall be enforceable in any competent court that has jurisdiction.

9.5 No Class Action or Litigation

Entrants agree to resolve any and all disputes with OKX on an individual basis through arbitration instead of as part of any class action or representative litigation.

10. OKX's Privacy Notice

Any and all information provided by entrants is subject to OKX's Privacy Notice and/or the applicable privacy documentation of OKX in the entrant's country.By participating in the Giveaway, you grant OKX permission to process and share any personally identifiable information as reasonably necessary for the administration of the Giveaway and fulfilment of the Prize, subject to applicable data protection laws and OKX's Privacy Notice.

Where the Giveaway is advertised or promoted through X, Instagram or another social media platform, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, associated with or administered by that social media platform.All entrants understand and agree that any information submitted in connection with participation in the Giveaway is provided to OKX and not to X, Instagram or any other social media platform.No X, Instagram or other social media account is required to enter the Giveaway unless otherwise expressly stated by OKX.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Full and Entire Understanding

All relevant terms and conditions, User Agreements, policies, rules and announcements (as modified, supplemented and restated from time to time) that are published on OKX's website constitute the full and entire understanding and agreement between you and OKX regarding this Giveaway.

12.2 New Notices, Announcements and Updates

OKX may post further announcements with more details on the Giveaway from time to time at its sole discretion as it deems appropriate.Please closely read and review these notices, announcements and updates relating to the Giveaway in order to remain eligible to win the Prize offered in the Giveaway.Your continued participation in the Giveaway after having been notified of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the relevant announcements, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12.3 Right to Change or Modify

OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from the Giveaway and to cancel, suspend or modify this Giveaway, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law.

12.4 Final Decision and Interpretation

OKX reserves the right to interpret the Terms of the Giveaway and reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
