OKX Outcomes League User Agreement

1. Campaign Overview

The OKX Outcomes League (the "Campaign") is governed by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and is offered by OKX Technology Inc. ("OKX", "we", "our", "us" or "Platform"). The Campaign is also subject to the In-App Wallet Terms of Service, the OKX Web3 Privacy Notice and the rules published on the Campaign landing page (together, the "Platform Terms"). If these Terms conflict with the Platform Terms, these Terms govern only in relation to the Campaign, and the Platform Terms continue to govern access to and use of the OKX Passkey Wallet and related services.

The Campaign is points-based, where participants earn campaign points by completing tasks and use those points to participate in campaign activities linked to event outcomes. Participation is free of charge subject to the eligibility requirements herein and the points accumulated during each Campaign Cycle (as defined below) determine each participant's eligibility for, and share of, the Campaign rewards. Points are not currency, cannot be withdrawn, and have no value outside of the Campaign. For selected events, OKX may, at its sole discretion, activate supplementary gameweek rewards ("Gameweek Rewards"). Gameweek Rewards are not guaranteed, but once they are activated, Clause 7 of these Terms shall apply. This Campaign is a promotional engagement activity and does not constitute gambling, wagering or a game of chance.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, unless context otherwise requires, the following words shall have the following meanings respectively attributed to them.

"Campaign Cycle" means each recurring monthly period of the Campaign. The start time, end time and other key dates for each Campaign Cycle will be published on the Campaign landing page and may vary from month to month.

"Eligible User" means a user who satisfies all eligibility conditions set out in Clause 4 at the time of joining the Campaign.

"Friend Referral Reward" means the xp awarded to a referrer for each successful referral, as described in Clause 5.7.

"Gameweek Rewards" means discretionary rewards that may be activated by OKX during a Campaign Cycle, as further described in Clause 7.

"New User Airdrop" means the one-time xp airdrop granted to eligible new users who complete the new user tasks, as described in Clause 5.4.

"Refuel Trigger Amount" means the amount of xp held by a user that will qualify the user for an xp top-up via the Refuel Station, as described in Clause 5.8. The Refuel Trigger Amount may differ from Campaign to Campaign, and will be stated on the relevant Campaign landing page.

"Season Rewards" means the fixed total rewards to the applicable Campaign Cycle, the total value of which is set out on the Campaign landing page, as described in Clause 6.

"Welcome Airdrop" means the one-time xp airdrop granted to users upon their enrolments.

"xp" means non-monetary campaign points earned by completing the Campaign tasks. These points have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or any financial instrument, are non-transferable between accounts, and shall expire at the end of the applicable Campaign Cycle.

"xp Snapshot" means the record of each user's xp balance taken at the snapshot time published on the Campaign landing page for the applicable Campaign Cycle, which is used to determine reward eligibility and reward amounts.

3. Campaign Cycles and Key Dates

The Campaign runs in recurring monthly Campaign Cycles. The applicable dates and times for each Campaign Cycle will be published on the Campaign landing page.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Users, who are not employees of OKX, must complete KYC identity verification to participate and receive the rewards in this Campaign. KYB accounts are not eligible.

4.2 Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this Campaign: please refer to clause 3 of OKX's risk and compliance disclosure.

4.3 To enroll in the Campaign, users must log in to their OKX account, visit the Campaign landing page, and click the "Get Started" button. The button must change to "Enrolled" for participation to be valid. Participation without completing this enrolment step will be void.

5. How to gain xp?

5.1 Final xp balances at the xp Snapshot determine reward eligibility and reward amount for the applicable Campaign Cycle. OKX reserves the right to adjust xp values and task parameters at any time during the Campaign Cycle. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide advance notice of material changes.

5.2 Any unused xp balance remaining in a user's account at the end of the applicable Campaign Cycle will expire automatically without value. Expired xp will not be compensated, carried forward to a later Campaign Cycle, or converted into any other form of value.

5.3 Welcome Airdrop. A one-time Welcome Airdrop is credited automatically to each user upon Campaign enrolment. The amount of the Welcome Airdrop is determined by the user's AUM level and VIP level (if applicable) recorded in the eligibility snapshot for the calendar day immediately preceding the user's enrolment date.

5.4 New User Airdrop. Eligible new users who complete the new user tasks as specified on the Campaign landing page during the applicable Campaign Cycle will receive the New User Airdrop. Completion of the new user tasks also constitutes the qualifying condition for the Friend Referral Reward (as described in Clause 5.7).

5.5 Daily Check-In. Users may check in once per calendar day (UTC+8) during the applicable Campaign Cycle and receive the daily xp amount published on the Campaign landing page. In addition to daily check-in xp, users who maintain a consecutive check-in streak reaching certain milestones will receive a one-time bonus xp. For example:

5.6 Milestone Rewards. xp are awarded per Campaign Cycle to Eligible Users who complete certain milestone events. Each event is counted once regardless of the number of picks chosen for the same event. For example:

5.7 Friend Referral Reward. Users can earn certain xp per successful referral, capped at 50 successful referrals per user, or any other number as stated on the relevant Campaign landing page. The referrer must use their personal referral link from the Campaign landing page for credit to be attributed. Referrals flagged by OKX's risk controls do not count toward the referrer's quota and generate no reward for the referrer. A successful referral requires all three of the following conditions to be met:

(i) The referred person is a new registrant to OKX who registered via the referral link shared by the referrer on the Campaign landing page;

(ii) The referred person joins the Campaign; and(iii) The referred person completes the applicable new user task as specified in the Campaign landing page.

5.8 Refuel Station. If an Eligible User's xp balance falls below the Refuel Trigger Amount, the user may make one manual claim at the Refuel Station each day to receive an xp top-up. If the user's xp balance is equal to or exceeds the Refuel Trigger Amount, no top-up will be available for that day.

The amount of xp credited will be determined based on the user's account AUM or VIP status, as applicable. Please refer to the Campaign landing page for the applicable eligibility thresholds and xp top-up amounts.

The Refuel Station resets and becomes available for claims at 00:00 (UTC+8) each day. An Eligible User may make one manual claim per day. Failure to claim on a particular day will not affect the user's eligibility on subsequent days, subject to the user satisfying the applicable eligibility conditions on the relevant claim day.

To be eligible to claim an xp top-up, a user must be enrolled in the Campaign and satisfy the applicable AUM or VIP eligibility requirements specified on the Campaign landing page. Eligibility will be determined using the user's account AUM and VIP status recorded in the daily snapshot taken at 00:00 (UTC+8) on the claim day.

5.9 Discretionary Airdrops. OKX may, at its sole discretion, issue additional xp airdrops to selected Eligible Users at any time during the Campaign Cycle. Such discretionary airdrops are not guaranteed, are subject to any conditions OKX may determine at the time of issuance, and do not create any entitlement for any user to receive the same or a similar airdrop. Discretionary Airdrops may be granted in connection with, but are not limited to, the following activities: (i) participation in OKX Orbit; (ii) social media activities; (iii) offline events; and (iv) affiliate programme activities.

6. Campaign Season Rewards

6.1 The value of the Season Rewards for each Campaign Cycle will be fixed before that Campaign Cycle begins and announced on the Campaign landing page.

6.2 Ranking and Reward Allocation. At the end of each Campaign Cycle, all Eligible Users are ranked by their total accumulated xp balance at the xp Snapshot in descending order. Users falling within a qualifying rank range (which shall be set out in details on the Campaign landing page) shall receive the corresponding rewards. Where two or more Eligible Users have an equal xp balance at the xp Snapshot, their rankings are determined by reference to the time at which each user's xp balance first reached that level during the applicable Campaign Cycle. The user whose balance reached that level at the earliest point in time is ranked higher. In the event of any dispute regarding timestamps, OKX's system records shall be final, conclusive and binding. OKX may require identity verification prior to any reward distribution.

6.3 Rewards are denominated in USDT. The reward amount for each rank range, the maximum reward per user, and the number of qualifying rank positions will be published on the Campaign landing page.

6.4 Reward Eligibility Conditions. To appear on the Campaign leaderboard and qualify for a reward, a user must simultaneously satisfy all of the following conditions at the xp Snapshot: (i) a minimum number of qualifying events placed during the applicable Campaign Cycle; and (ii) a minimum xp balance. The applicable thresholds for each condition will be published on the Campaign landing page. For the avoidance of doubt, users who do not satisfy all conditions are excluded from the Campaign leaderboard and receive no reward. Excluded users' share of the Season Rewards will not be redistributed to other participants.

7. Gameweek Rewards

7.1 In addition to the Campaign Season Rewards as described in Clause 6, OKX may, at its sole discretion, activate supplementary Gameweek Rewards during a Campaign Cycle.

7.2 Scope and Confirmed Schedule. Each Gameweek Rewards programme has its own independent rewards allocation, leaderboard, and settlement. The Gameweek Rewards standings are separate from and do not affect the main Campaign leaderboard. Please refer to the Campaign landing page for the confirmed Gameweek Rewards schedule. The schedule is subject to change at OKX's sole discretion.

7.3 Ranking Metric. Rankings within each Gameweek Rewards programme shall be determined by OKX. The applicable ranking metric for the applicable events will be published on the Campaign landing page.

7.4 Enrolment and Eligibility. Eligible Users already enrolled in the Campaign are automatically eligible for any Gameweek Rewards in which they participate. No separate registration is required.

8. Reward Distribution

8.1 Campaign rewards will be distributed within T+7 of final event settlement for the applicable Campaign Cycle. OKX has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

8.2 A per-user cap may apply to limit the maximum reward any single user may receive from the Campaign Season Rewards. The applicable cap (if any) will be published on the Campaign landing page.

8.3 OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent or lesser value (where applicable) where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain rewards, where OKX is unable to procure rewards for participants, or in any other case OKX deems necessary. Where a conversion occurs, it will be made at the prevailing OKX exchange price at the time of distribution.

8.4 Any and all applicable taxes, duties, and additional fees and expenses related to the acceptance and use of Campaign rewards are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

9. Risk Controls and Anti-Fraud

9.1 During each Campaign Cycle, OKX will closely monitor participant behaviour to prevent cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts; using other people's accounts or identity information; providing false KYC information; maliciously inflating xp data; engaging in wash trades or laundering trades; manipulating on-chain activity; violating these Terms or the Platform Terms; violating applicable laws or regulatory requirements; and any other activities of an illegal, fraudulent, or harmful nature.

9.2 If any such conduct is detected, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the relevant user, reverse any xp or rewards issued, and take such other action as it deems appropriate. Disqualified users forfeit all accrued xp and/or any rewards. Forfeited amounts will not be redistributed to other participants of the Campaign.

9.3 OKX's risk controls may be applied at any stage during the Campaign, including but not limited to enrolment, task completion, xp accrual, leaderboard ranking, and reward distribution. Where risk controls are triggered, OKX may, at its sole discretion, reject or reverse enrolment, withhold or cancel xp or rewards, remove a user from the leaderboard, or take such other action as it considers appropriate. OKX may also require further verification before processing any reward.

9.4 Users who believe a risk decision has been applied in error may appeal via OKX customer support. Appeals are handled on a case-by-case basis and OKX's decision on any appeal shall be final, conclusive and binding.

10. Data Display

10.1 All data displayed on the Campaign landing page (including leaderboard rankings and xp balances) is not real-time and may be subject to delay. If the page does not reflect the latest information, please wait and refresh.

10.2 The xp Snapshot that determines reward eligibility and amounts is taken at the snapshot time published on the Campaign landing page for the applicable Campaign Cycle. Entry activity and xp accrued after that time are not counted.

11. Web3 Platform and Wallet Terms

11.1 Applicable Terms. Access to and use of the Campaign and the OKX Passkey Wallet are subject to these Terms and the Platform Terms, including the In-App Wallet Terms of Service and the OKX Web3 Privacy Notice. Users must review the current versions of those documents before participating.

12. Platform Rules

12.1 By default, users who enter the Campaign page and participate in this Campaign have read and understood these Terms and the applicable Platform Terms.

12.2 Participation in this Campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

12.3 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this Campaign without notice.

12.4 This activity is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation to buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. Digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, are subject to market volatility, involve a high degree of risk and can lose value. Historical returns are not indicative of future returns and past performance is not indicative of future results. OKX is not responsible for any potential losses. Not all products are offered in all regions and this activity may be limited or not offered in some markets. 12.5 OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the Campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this Campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the Campaign, and adjusting the Campaign and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these Terms as revised. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these Terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.

12.6 Subject to Clause 12.5 and applicable law, OKX reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms and this Campaign. Please contact the customer service team if you have any questions.
