How do I deposit with AED Instant Deposit?
You can use Instant Deposit to make AED deposits from an eligible bank account without completing a bank authorization for every deposit.

FAQ
Why does my existing bank account under Pay by Bank show “Set Up” ?
This means you haven’t completed Instant Deposit consent for that bank account yet. You can still use Pay by Bank as usual, or select Set Up to enable Instant Deposit.
Why is my Instant Deposit setup showing as “Pending”?
This can happen if you exit the bank authorization flow before confirming consent. If you completed the flow, wait a few minutes and check whether you received a confirmation message from your bank.
I revoked Instant Deposit consent, but my bank account still shows as “Enabled.” What should I do?
Make sure you select Manage Payments when managing consent. Revoking data access alone does not revoke Instant Deposit consent. If the status doesn’t update after a few minutes, please contact customer support.
Why am I unable to view the Instant Deposit “Set Up” option?
The Set Up option is only shown for eligible Mashreq and WIO Bank accounts. If it isn’t visible, your selected account may not support Instant Deposit yet. You can still make a deposit using Pay by Bank.
Do I need to complete bank authorization for every Instant Deposit?
No. Once you set up Instant Deposit consent, you can make future deposits without a bank redirect or bank re-authentication for every payment. You’ll still enter the deposit amount and complete OKX verification.
What are the limits for Instant Deposit?
The limits are up to 50,000 AED per transaction and 150,000 AED per day.
I received an error when setting up or using Instant Deposit. What should I do?
Take a screenshot of the error and contact customer support with your bank name, deposit amount, and the time the issue occurred.
